About the Role:
MINDANAO CLEAN AIR CORPORATIONThis Administrative Specialist/Assistant position requires a highly organized individual who can provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration team by providing administrative assistance.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases.

Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional courses in administration or office management preferred.
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Help Desk proficiency, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to assist with administrative tasks, manage schedules, and support customer inquiries.
- Office environment with standard working hours; may involve multitasking.
