Essential Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
  • Help Desk proficiency, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to assist with administrative tasks, manage schedules, and support customer inquiries.
  • Office environment with standard working hours; may involve multitasking.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
