KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Define the project Test Strategy and Plan to ensure product testability.
  2. Review business requirements, application design, and SQA deliverables to guarantee quality standards.
  3. Track testing activities, including results, test case coverage, resources, defects discovered, and status reports.
  4. Maintain content and structure of all testing documents.
  5. Issue an SQA Certificate to confirm compliance with set criteria.
  6. Perform Test Strategy and Test Cases Review to optimize processes.
  7. Manage SQA deliverables, repositories, and team tasks to meet deadlines.
  8. Provide accurate status reports to stakeholders.
  9. Participate in SQA Task Estimation and Risk Analysis for Technical/Project Proposals.
  10. Review team deliverables for quality and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  11. Develop initiatives to enhance team skills, quality, and efficiency.
  12. Standardize and improve SQA related processes to increase productivity.
