An award-winning digital bank is seeking a Product Owner, who will be responsible for monitoring and executing the entire product development process, as well as conducting research on market competition. This role will help ensure that products and campaigns remain competitive in the market, driving base growth in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for App strategy to increase MAU and MTU including campaigns.
  2. Lead product / feature development using customer-centric design and agile approaches to be able to deliver products that address customer challenges and meet business objectives.
  3. Responsible for departmental reporting; strategy, ad hoc, weekly, monthly, MDR, EFPS, and periodic meetings of the Bank.
  4. Provide strategy, roadmap, overall project and execution plan for each product feature/project.
  5. Responsible for all project documentation including the creation of business requirements documents, user stories, UI/UX, and technical documents in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  6. Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization, with measurable and quantifiable benefits for the Bank and its customers.
  7. Work with marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors.
  8. Product ownership consists of but is not limited to the creation of business requirements, sign-off of all technical documentation (FSD, UAT), reporting of projects from planning to post-implementation, decision on Go/No Go, and post-implementation validation and reporting, and feature/product marketing ensuring that the interest of the Bank and our customers are represented.
  9. Contribute to areas of improvement within Digital Channels by conducting user research and usability studies, organizing bi-annual product sprints, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process.
  10. Monitor and evaluate Mobile App performance (crashes, error rates, volumes, etc).
  11. Support App ticket resolution including testing and resolution.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or other related courses.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management.
  3. Strong understanding/experience in digital banking & digital channels.
  4. Strong understanding and knowledge of data analysis and presentation.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and produce desired results to strict deadlines.

Work Setup:

Setup: Hybrid (3X onsite per week)
