About the Role

As a highly skilled Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects at SM Engineering Design and Development Corp.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the direction and goals of the project to team members, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Manage team performance, including setting direction, reviewing progress, and providing guidance.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed effectively.
  • Prepare and review project costs to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols on site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering construction.
  • Professional license is preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to work in MOA, Pasay, or other locations in the Philippines.
