The Engineering Supervisor will play a vital part in leading the Turnover Assistance Team to achieve Full Acceptance status for residential units at SMDC. As a skilled professional, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Timely handover of residential units to BTG
• Documentary close-out assistance to the Project Management Senior Manager

• Ensuring compliance with statutory and legal laws and requirements

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field and valid PRC license are necessary. Previous experience in construction management, leadership skills, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are desired.
