Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Expert to join our team as a Senior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining data quality metrics, as well as measuring data quality.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will capture, analyse, track, and close structural issues associated with data and MDS outputs. You will also be responsible for data access management, capturing, approving, and performing regular attestation on access to division-owned data.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and maintain data quality metrics, and measure data quality.
  • Capture, analyse, track, and close structural issues associated with data and MDS outputs.
  • Capture, approve, and perform regular attestation on access to division-owned data.
  • Establish relationships and work collaboratively across other DWS functions to ensure alignment on data management strategies with organizational goals.
  • Support and align with DWS Head of CFO Strategy to ensure organizational objectives on enterprise data management are met.

Requirements

  • Experience in data management, particularly in developing and implementing plans, policies, and practices that control, protect, and optimize the value of data assets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in explaining complex processes and issues clearly and concisely to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • A structured, organized, and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail.
  • Detailed knowledge of accounting and other finance processes is a plus.
