Job Overview

This is a senior role focused on ensuring automation development projects are designed effectively, delivered on time, and aligned with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automation frameworks, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define automation development specifications based on client needs
  • Implement scalable design, software improvements, and optimization solutions
  • Provide extensive code reviews with software engineers
  • Develop front-end and back-end applications with tests and standards in place
  • Analyze business software requirements and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • At least 9 years of experience as a Technical/Solutions Architect
  • 9+ years full-stack development experience building projects from ground up
  • Experience writing software that follows development standards
Preferred Skills
  • CX solutions using Omnichannel tools
  • Extensive experience in AI projects and CX solutions
  • Understanding of strategic IT solutions
