Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

About the Role
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports.
  • Evaluate project performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, with the ability to apply these principles in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools, such as Google Drive, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
