Customer Service Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As the voice of our partner brands, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming interactions with customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams.
  • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms.
  • Provide clear information regarding services and expectations.
  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues.
  • Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams.
