Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is an exciting opportunity to join our team in providing exceptional support to our clients. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions to customer problems through effective problem-solving skills
  • Accurately documenting interactions and processing claims

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
