Cloud Platform Specialist

The Cloud Platform team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and efficiency of cloud-based platforms. Our goal is to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform application administration tasks, including installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud platforms.
- Monitor platform health, track SLAs, and resolve issues in collaboration with senior team members.
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable operational excellence.
- Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.
- Contribute to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and governance teams to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic scripting skills (Python preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work across multiple technical domains.
