RemoteVA is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain financial records, reconcile bank accounts, process accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and provide support for tax preparation and audits as needed.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks Online and Desktop, and payroll processing.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
