Senior Graphic Design Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital graphic design, specifically for eCommerce, health, wellness, or beauty brands.

They must be proficient in Figma and have experience designing high-performing static creatives for Meta ads, including an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions.

A solid background in email design is also essential, with the ability to create visually compelling designs that meet performance briefs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Update and design Shopify landing pages to maintain a premium user experience
  • Design assets for Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and automated flows
  • Ensure all designs follow existing brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably for eCommerce, health, wellness, or beauty brands
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong command of design systems, layout, and prototyping
  • Proven ability to design high-performing static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
  • Strong experience in designing eCommerce landing pages (Shopify preferred), with a focus on UX, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency
  • Solid background in email design, including campaign and flow-based marketing
  • Ability to understand performance briefs and translate business goals into visually compelling designs
  • Exceptional attention to detail – pixel-perfect execution is non-negotiable
  • Ability to interpret and follow creative direction with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and English comprehension skills for clear collaboration with remote teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work at speed without compromising quality, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with basic marketing metrics and creative testing (A/B testing, CTR, etc.) is a strong advantage
