TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Real Time Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for optimizing shift schedules and ensuring seamless on-site support in MOA, Pasay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the operations team to analyze data and optimize shift schedules
  • Provide expert-level guidance on WFM systems such as eWFM, Verint/BluePumpkin, IEX, CMS, etc.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement process improvements
  • Maintain strong Excel skills and ability to create customized reports

Requirements:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in WFM in a call center inbound voice process
  • 1+ years of RTA experience
