Marketing Strategy Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our crypto casino projects. You will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel — from acquisition to retention — across all key channels including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user acquisition and retention strategies, as well as experience in overseeing and managing paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms).
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
