As a Virtual Support Coordinator with our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcription: You will be responsible for listening to live or recorded calls and taking notes on key points discussed.
Call Preparation: You will prepare daily call lists, meeting agendas, and materials as needed, ensuring participants have the necessary information.
Schedule Coordination: You will efficiently schedule meetings with clients and team members, coordinating times that accommodate all parties and managing any necessary adjustments or cancellations.
Manage Reports: You will prepare reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines.
Virtual File Management: You will update and maintain virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
Administrative Tasks: You will oversee administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing email correspondence and calendar appointments and ensuring all administrative activities are executed efficiently.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
A team player mindset, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of digital tools and software such as Google Workspace and Zoom.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.
This position offers a competitive salary of $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
