Sales Operations Coordinator

At Your Go to Recruiter, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update customer details and maintain accurate records
- Prepare quotations and job orders for in-house accounts
- Issue delivery receipts and other documents
- Coordinate sales projects and make reports
- Prepare monthly physical inventory reports and facilitate requisition
- Provide administrative support and maintain records
- Communicate important information and liaise with other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: Php 16,770.00
