Job Title: Sales Admin Assistant
Company: Your Go to Recruiter
- Update customer details to ensure accurate records and efficient service.
- Prepare quotations and job orders for in-house accounts, streamlining the sales process.
- Issue Delivery Receipts and other documents, while preparing items for delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate sales projects to drive business growth and success.
- Compile and submit reports, as well as minutes of meetings, to keep stakeholders informed.
- Prepare monthly physical inventory reports to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Facilitate requisition processes to meet business needs.
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support business decisions.
- Communicate important information to team members and stakeholders.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong organization and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Salary Range: PHP 16,770.00
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
