Job Description

As a skilled talent acquisition professional, you will play a key role in building our organization's competitive edge by identifying and attracting top talent. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle.

This includes participating in strategic planning meetings to align on delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies. You will utilize effective screening and selection criteria to identify qualified active candidates against prescribed scoring criteria via resume review, pre-recorded interview, scripted interview, or a combination.

Additionally, you will notify relevant candidates within our applicant tracking system (ATS) on available opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a brand ambassador to engage active candidates and retain their interest in our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with Hiring Managers to agree on delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
  • Use screening and selection criteria to identify qualified active candidates against prescribed scoring criteria via resume review, pre-recorded interview, scripted interview, or a combination.
  • Notify relevant candidates within the ATS on opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to engage active candidates and retain their interest in the company.
  • Screen and submit candidate short-lists to the Hiring Manager and provide requisition status updates as required.
Requirements
  • At least 2-4 years of recruitment experience with expertise in either in-house, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or agency roles.
  • At least 6 months of experience with a web-based applicant tracking system.
  • At least 6 months of knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
  • A willingness to work in various locations, including UP-Ayala Techno hub and Eastwood, Quezon City, and potentially US (night shift).
