Our team is based remotely and drives our current and prospective investment activities globally. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with the startup ecosystem and early-stage funding mechanisms, combined with passion for renewable energy and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and manage impact data from portfolio companies to measure progress against sustainability metrics.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned portfolio companies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies to accelerate their growth.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential investment opportunities across the climate tech ecosystem worldwide.

This role reports to the Investment Manager with overall supervision from the Head of Investments. Our culture values audacity, innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, with Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and startup ecosystem globally.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Prior experience in climate tech, renewable energy, circular economy, or related sectors.

This is a full-time remote position.
