About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include planning and designing business processes, gathering business requirements through various techniques, and creating test case scenarios.

">Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with clients and technical teams to define business needs and develop effective solutions
  • Plan, design, and implement business processes and system modifications
  • Gather and document client requirements through workshops and interviews
  • Develop complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are met
  • Create business requirements documents and user stories to support project requirements
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on business analysis best practices
  • Understand and interpret complex systems and data to drive informed decision-making
">About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst who has a strong background in business analysis concepts and Agile methodologies. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with previous experience in the insurance industry being a must. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in generating process documentation.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry (Insurtech or health insurance experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in generating process documentation
