Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Efficiency Strategist to lead the optimization of workforce processes for effective staffing, scheduling, and productivity. This role will play a crucial part in driving operational efficiency by analyzing data, identifying trends, and collaborating effectively with operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce processes, enhance productivity, and drive operational efficiency.
  2. Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy, identify areas of operational inefficiency, and develop actionable insights.
  3. Collaborate with operations teams to implement optimization strategies and enhance overall performance.
  4. Design and implement real-time workforce monitoring dashboards and reporting tools.
  5. Develop proactive alert systems for productivity and attendance.
  6. Engage with senior leadership and business units to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource utilization and staff productivity.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in workforce management, operations, scheduling, forecasting, or process optimization.
  2. Strong proficiency in data analysis, advanced Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  3. Solid understanding of workforce management systems (e.g., Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Toggl Track, Clockify).
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability.
