Main Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative social media strategies that align with our overall goals and objectives.
  • Craft, curate, and manage high-quality content, including text, visuals, and video, tailored to each platform's unique audience and tone.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to generate insights and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Engage with users across platforms to build meaningful relationships and foster a productive online community.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing and business initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and timely execution of social media activities.
Requirements

We are looking for someone highly qualified if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or Marketer in a multimedia agency, advertising, or marketing company handling US accounts.
  • A passionate approach to content creation and knowledge about the latest changes in social applications.
  • Hands-on experience in content management with a solid portfolio demonstrating excellence in content creation, copywriting, performance measurement, research, and calendar planning.
  • The ability to communicate creative solutions confidently, easily, and clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • A constant desire to learn new things.
