Job Overview

As a Configuration Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

  • You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients.
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
  • Contribute to the development of your own and your team's technical acumen.
  • Stay up-to-date with local and national business and economic issues.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
  • Develop internal relationships and grow your professional brand.
Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in Salesforce configuration and mapping features.
  • Experience with Financial Service Cloud, nCino or Public Sector Solutions.
  • Good knowledge of data migration using SFDC import and export utilities.
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in implementing integration solutions between CRM, ERP, and Financial systems.
  • Strong RDBMS knowledge and SQL query building.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Training and leading staff experience.
  • Use case or examples leveraging AI to accelerate development activities.
  • Designing and delivering solutions with nCino experience.
