BIM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled BIM Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in creating accurate 3D BIM models for building services and be proficient in Autodesk Revit with a demonstrated understanding of content creation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of MEP, structural systems, and construction documentation as well as intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.

Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards is also essential.

A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Revit, BIM360, and visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper would be beneficial.

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for building services
• Create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements
• Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery
• Perform clash detection and construction coordination
• Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required
