Job Title:

Financial Analyst Associate

This role involves updating daily payment transactions and vendor invoices into a financial management system. It also requires maintaining staff advance schedules, following up on approval for pending vendors or inter-company invoices, and performing daily cash counts and submitting reports.

The Financial Analyst Associate will be responsible for monitoring accounts to ensure timely payments, reconciling suppliers and inter-companies' transactions, preparing joint venture files for account payable adjustments, verifying expense claims with supporting documents, processing electronic transfers and vendor payments, handling cash payments and petty cash claims, and ensuring accurate accounting records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and cash control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • A graduate with at least 2-year experience in Accounting and Cash Control
  • Able to communicate well in English
  • A team player who is willing to learn and grow with the organization
  • Have great organizational skills with ability to handle tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work in fast pacing environment
