Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store construction and renovation projects from inception to completion.
  • Review and approve plans, making recommendations for changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including malls, lessors, franchisees, and local government units.
  • Determine requirements for store equipment and packages.
  • Ensure that construction adheres to plans and standards, and that all equipment and facilities are complete upon store opening.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and field work.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret plans.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.
Location

Our ideal candidate will be based in North Luzon (near Tarlac, Pangasinan) or South Luzon (near Bicol and MIMAROPA area).
