Marketing Manager Position

This is a key leadership role in our marketing team, responsible for creating and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketer with strong analytical skills, able to plan and execute complex marketing operations. They should have experience working across multiple channels including email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and events.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive sales growth
  • Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and strategies into existing campaigns

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners
  • Creating and curating high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
  • Analyzing campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize results

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot and Apollo
  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
