Job Overview
  • We are seeking a Labor Relations Supervisor to assist in implementing labor dispute resolutions according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager in providing advice and guidance to management and staff in resolving work-related problems.
  • This includes establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with employees throughout the company.
  • The incumbent will ensure employee compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to the Code of Discipline.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • The selected individual will help develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs to enhance organizational culture and communications.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, or Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years' relevant work experience handling discipline and employee engagement is required.
Knowledge and Skills
  • The ideal candidate should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Philippine Labor Law regarding the discipline process is essential.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Proficient in conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing accurate reports.
  • Tact and courtesy in dealing with diverse personalities are necessary.
