  • Candidate Evaluation: Engage with prospective talent through phone, email, virtual meetings, SMS, and platform messaging for open positions to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Candidate Onboarding: Pre-screen, evaluate, and coach candidates by discussing job requirements and responsibilities before endorsing them to the client.
  • General Administration: Format resumes, maintain records on the ATS/CRM system, and provide feedback, application status updates, and follow-ups to maintain active correspondence and interest levels with candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Manage communication and collaboration between candidates and clients, coordinating interview schedules and availabilities.
