Job Title: Architectural Modeler and Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented architectural modeler and drafter to support projects through precise modeling and drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings, layout plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.

  • Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models for architectural disciplines
  • Interpret design intent and specifications to produce accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Update and maintain drawing sets and model files throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks
  • Maintain company drafting standards and BIM protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, layout planning, and elevation detailing
  • Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in remote drafting or international projects
  • Knowledge of rendering tools
  • Familiarity with project management platforms
