  4. Develop and document standard operating procedures for NOC operations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Previous experience in a Network Operations Center or Help Desk environment.
  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
