Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled software testing professional to join our team in a Scaled Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with software developers to deliver high-quality process automation products.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
  • Define test plans and strategies, performing manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Craft and develop test frameworks and automation tools for continuous testing across the SDLC.
  • Integrate AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage, predict defects, and generate intelligent test data.
  • Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
  • Analyze test coverage and results, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote standard processes in testability and maintainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
  • Experience in automated and manual test script development and execution.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, TestFlight, SpecFlow.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Google Gemini.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
