Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, using your excellent communication skills to understand their needs and concerns. You will also be responsible for researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and processing claims.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to multitask effectively, work well under pressure, and maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
