About the Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategically select assignments based on your interests and preferences.
  • Evaluate luxury products or services by interacting with sales associates in person or through our digital platform.
  • Conduct thorough observations, taking note of ambiance, customer service, and overall experience.
  • Provide honest and unbiased feedback through surveys and questionnaires.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 22 years old.

  • A keen eye for observation and ability to provide objective, unbiased feedback.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
