System Reliability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and scalability of our systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify system bottlenecks, implement best practices, and maintain the stability of production systems. Your passion for automation, monitoring, and incident management will help us prevent downtime and ensure excellent user experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or similar role.
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including experience with database design, performance tuning, and advanced querying techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like AWS CDK.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or SigNoz.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python or Typescript.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to debug complex issues in a distributed system and identify root causes.
