Gentem Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Development Programs Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of programs to support the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. With at least 2-3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or project management, they will be able to systematically gather data, perform analyses, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets are achieved and planned activities are conducted.

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
