Program Coordinator

As a Program Coordinator at San Miguel Corporation, you will play a key role in handling projects under Admin, Marketing, and Social Work. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in project coordination, document management, and ensuring compliance with government requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with partners to ensure all documents are up-to-date and accurate. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, memos, and fund requests. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical support services, skilled in fund management and budget allocation, knowledgeable of government compliance and reporting, and possess social media management experience.
You will assist in coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and providing monthly updates to the Chairman or Officers. Additionally, you will manage and update the foundation's website and social media pages, conduct occasional field visits, and support third-party events.
