  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to streamline office operations.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Handle all administrative tasks, including accounts payable, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Synchronize regularly with the head office in Hong Kong, providing timely updates and reports to the Operations Manager in Manila.
  • Resolve daily office issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to support staff and office needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial management.
  • Problem-solving mindset and efficient time management.
