Part-Time Backend Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for building and maintaining software systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications from concept to deployment, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Server-Side Code: Design, develop, and deploy server-side code using programming languages such as Python and Node.js.
  • Database Management: Design and implement database schemas, queries, and interactions with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed for functionality and data exchange.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and maintain high code quality standards.
  • Security Measures: Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard user information and business data.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of web applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Node.js.
