  • We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at KDCI Outsourcing. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and captivating visual assets that bring our brand to life.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Your role will involve crafting unique art tailored to the specific needs of our clients, maintaining high-quality standards for all creative deliverables, and staying up-to-date on marketing trends and industry developments.
  • You will also assist in creating on-brand design materials, covering digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, mockups, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Embody an exceptional level of motivation, desire, customer-driven focus, time management skills, and a healthy level of competitiveness.
  • Craft and refine unique art tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
  • Assist in creating on-brand design materials, covering digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, mockups, and more.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all creative deliverables.
  • Edit and update customer graphics as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide regular project status updates to management and team members.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and champion best practices.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and industry developments.
  • Organize and maintain design files, ensuring version control and easy accessibility for team members.

Requirements

  • With more than 4 years of design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field of study is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient with industry-standard design software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
  • Proven experience in graphic design or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of design and creative processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and great taste.
  • A focus on quality and productivity.
  • Experience in animation, 3D modeling, photography, video editing, or other related design skills is a plus.
