The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in project coordination or using project management software and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with other areas of marketing including the Creatives, Digital Ads, Social Media, Product Marketing, SEO, Email, Content, and Website Development teams.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in project and task coordination: Develop and implement project plans. Work with each team manager to schedule and allocate tasks to team members a week+ in advance, ensuring critical data such as due date and work hours are filled in.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables across teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive projects toward completion.
