The Operations Analyst Role:

This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to advance their careers in data analysis and process improvement. As an Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for collecting, organizing, interpreting, analyzing, scrubbing, documenting and disseminating complex data sets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, organize and interpret complex data sets
  2. Analyze results and provide ongoing reports
  3. Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
  4. Maintain databases/data systems and acquire data from primary or secondary sources
  5. Filter and scrub data, review reports and performance indicators
  6. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  9. Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to use formulas and pivot tables
  10. Good knowledge of MS Word
  11. Attention to detail, ability to learn new tasks quickly
  12. Good with numbers, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field required
