Position Overview:

The Data Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, and providing strategic insights through data analysis and reporting. This role will be critical in aligning Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Revenue Management, ensuring that the company's sales operations are efficient, data-driven, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and manage sales reports and performance dashboards, tracking KPIs such as:

    • Sales funnel progression

    • Lead-to-close conversion rates

    • Average deal size and win rates

    • Sales cycle length and pipeline forecasting

  • Conduct data analysis to identify sales trends and revenue opportunities, providing actionable insights for leadership.

  • Partner with the Revenue Manager to support revenue forecasting and target-setting based on sales performance data.

Collaboration with Sales, BD & Marketing

  • Work with Marketing to track lead generation effectiveness and sales funnel impact.

  • Support Sales & Business Development by ensuring lead qualification and deal handoff processes are seamless.

  • Assist in defining pricing strategies, commission structures, and revenue tracking methods.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or business analytics.

  • Strong proficiency in sales reporting, data visualization, and analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or HubSpot reporting features).

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, BD, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on sales and revenue goals.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into sales strategies.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting and pricing strategy development.

  • Exposure to B2B sales environments, SaaS, or service-based businesses.
