We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning and Skills Developer to join our team at Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. This role is instrumental in creating a positive and productive work environment by providing comprehensive training initiatives.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of training procedures that enhance our curriculum, delivery, and organizational objectives. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and coordinate corporate training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and recommending training procedures to enhance training curriculum, delivery, and organizational goals.
  2. Identify training needs within each team and assist in implementing training solutions.
  3. Coordinate and deliver corporate training programs to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Implement and monitor the company's orientation program to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  5. Monitor the delivery of general, core, and management training and prepare related documentation for company-sponsored training.
  6. Ensure training targets are met and monitor training results and impact.
  7. Manage the internship program from sourcing to placement, evaluation, and overall program assessment.
  8. Conduct network activities with schools, universities, and other institutions to source new talent and facilitate career shifts.
  9. Implement controls and create mitigating measures as necessary, while managing training records and preparing related reports.
Qualifications
  1. Microsoft Office skills, excellent English communication skills, presentation skills, training needs analysis abilities, and basic module design and development expertise are essential.
  2. Familiarity with instructional design software or learning management systems is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
  1. At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably from the BPO/ Shared Services industry.
  2. Able to design, develop training modules, and conduct them effectively.
  3. Proactive, highly analytical, good team player, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. Fluency in the English language is mandatory, and willingness to work on mid-shift is required.
  5. A Bachelor's degree is essential for this position.
