As a key member of our global team, the Web Content Specialist plays a critical role in creating impactful web experiences and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Contentful pages from wireframes or briefs, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage localization workflows across 70 languages, including cloning and QA translated variants.
  • Perform end-to-end quality assurance for design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation.
  • Maintain accurate navigation elements, manage redirects, and implement content updates and design/copy tweaks.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and localization partners for precise and timely hand-offs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Contentful, meticulous QA skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments where process matters.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages.
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs.
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content.
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions).
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools (Monday preferred).
