Job Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and reliability of our software environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the stability and reliability of our software environment.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • Containerize applications and scale them efficiently using Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Manage cloud resources on the Azure platform optimizing cost, security, and performance.
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Write scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with development to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure to support it.
  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems (Kubernetes and Helm Charts).
  • Templating and Configuration Languages for one or more of the following: Azure Resource Manager (ARM/Bicep), Terraform, JSON, YAML.
  • PowerShell experience.
