The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices and expense claims, cash positioning, and cash flow forecasting to ensure timely payment and effective financial management.
  • Resolving all payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintaining accurate accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Performing vendor and bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and improve financial accuracy.
  • Working with various stakeholders to improve AP processes, controls, and analysis to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leading a team of 50-100 people to achieve financial objectives and promote a culture of excellence.

Ideal Profile

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • 2 to 4 years of working experience in cash positioning and cash flow forecasting with knowledge of treasury functions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards including PFRS and IFRS.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving financial objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities with adaptability and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities and a strong work ethic.
