Job Overview

As a seasoned product leader, you will spearhead the vision and execution of innovative products. You will serve as a critical technical bridge between business and development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owns the product roadmap and feature prioritization process
  • Collaborates with software development teams to define hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze data to inform feature decisions
  • Leads agile teams to ensure timely delivery of user value through effective epics
  • Drives product strategy, planning, and delivery of key capabilities for the product
  • Acts as the voice of the customer in product definition; incorporates feedback from customer interviews and user research
  • Leads ideation, design, and planning of the product; monitors and reports on product KPIs
  • Proactively removes obstacles impacting sprint success; manages key dependencies
  • Works with strategic design to gain insights into use personas, pain points, and journeys
  • Provides strategic insights into product, technology, and market trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering)
  • Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and service-based architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Jenkins, Azure, PCF, APIs, SQL, GenAI, Power Platforms
  • Proficiency in languages such as Java Springboot or .NET Core or Node.js
  • Firm knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Analytical skills and ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable effective management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical vision and possibilities
