Job Title: Construction Estimator

The construction industry is constantly evolving, and we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles and be able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and organize project information to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs for commercial construction projects using software such as On Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam.
  • Assist in the review and redlining of construction documents and plans.
  • Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment required for project completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business management/finance/accounting, or a related field.
  • Commercial construction experience across multiple trades.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and electronic takeoff software.
